Support

Write to hello@rinkmind.com. One person reads that inbox and aims to answer within two working days.
The quickest way is Settings → Contact support in the game: it writes the app version, your phone’s platform and OS version, and your player ID into the email for you. Those four things are usually the difference between a guess and a fix. Nothing else is added, and the message itself is yours to write.
Questions we are asked
I lost my progress. Can I get it back?
Progress is saved on your phone and in your own iCloud or Google backup, and there is no cloud save in this version — so if the phone is gone and the backup is too, we can’t restore it from our side. We never had a copy. Restoring the phone from a backup brings the game back with it. Cloud save is on the list of what to build next.
I bought Remove ads and the ads are back.
Open Settings → Restore purchases. That asks the store you bought it from, which is where the purchase actually lives, and it works on a new phone as well as this one. If it still says there is nothing to restore, write to us with the store account you used.
My hints are missing.
Hints are kept on the phone, and a reset of progress deliberately leaves them alone. If a pack you paid for never arrived, the store will have a receipt — send it to us and we will put the hints back.
When does the daily puzzle change?
At midnight in your own time zone. Everyone plays the same board for a given date, so a friend in another time zone may be on it hours before or after you. Travelling changes when your day turns over, not which board you get.
Can I play without a connection?
Yes, all of it. The campaign and endless boards are in the game itself, and the daily puzzle keeps enough days ahead that a phone with no signal still has one. Nothing waits for a network.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the game removes everything it kept on your phone. For the anonymous analytics data, if you ever turned that on, email us the player ID from Settings and we will delete it within 30 days.
The game is silent.
Check your phone’s silent switch. The game plays through the ambient audio session, which means it never talks over music or a podcast you are already listening to — and it means the silent switch silences it, like the keyboard clicks. Sound and Haptics have their own switches in Settings.
The animations are too much.
Settings → Reduced motion, which can also follow your phone’s own Reduce Motion setting. The game keeps the same rules either way; only the movement changes.
Deleting your data
There is no account to close. Deleting the game takes everything it saved on your phone with it; your own phone backup is removed in iOS or Android settings. To have the anonymous analytics data deleted, send us the player ID from Settings → Player ID and we will delete that person in PostHog within 30 days and write back to confirm. The privacy policy says what that data is.
Something that isn’t right
A board that can’t be solved, a word that reads badly in your language, a purchase that didn’t arrive: all of it is worth an email. Boards are checked by a solver before they ship, so a board you believe is impossible is a bug we want to see — tell us its number and we will look at that exact board.
